Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Firewire hardware; if your board or accessories aren't right, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all surfboards remain in their original packaging and have not been waxed or taken into the water.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely pack your item in its original box, ensuring extra padding is used for surfboards to prevent any structural damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item for 'like-new' condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
